Lauren
Owner, Esthetician, Permanent makeup artist
Lauren is the owner and permanent makeup artist here at Instaglow. She has been an esthetician for the past decade, and has been a permanent makeup artist for the past 5 years. Her favorite thing about her career is building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their beauty expectations. She also values helping her staff achieve their personal goals and building their careers. Continuing education and top of the line products are extremely important to her and her business.
Allie
Esthetician, Lash artist
Allie graduated at the beginning of 2022 and has started her career with us here at Instaglow. She has had a passion for skincare for as long as she can remember, and is beyond excited to be doing what she loves for a career. Customized facials are her favorite service, because she is always excited to help each client with their individual and unique needs to guide them to achieve their skincare goals. Her favorite part about her job is helping clients relax and escape reality when entering her treatment room.
Jennifer
Lash artist
Jennifer is or master lash stylist and educator here at Instaglow. She has worked at a lash boutique in STL the past 5 years lashing and educating on a master level. She has decided to come to Edwardsville to lash and educate guests to build a great reputation in our area. So many things factor into lash extensions, and making sure your natural lash is healthy and strong is Jennifer's top priority. She will educate you on how to care for them while making sure the integrity of your natural lash is never jeopardized.
Rosa
Esthetician
Rosa has been in the industry for many years. She specializes in hydrafacials and waxing. While she's not at the spa she's working at the family business making pizzas at Roma's in Bathalto! Rosa also loves to travel and eat good food. She's your girl if you need your brows shaped or if you need a good deep facial.
Grace
Esthetician
Coming soon! Grace will be joining us before we know it and will be offering a wide range of facial services and we can't wait for you to meet her!
Lexi
Esthetician
Lexi graduated from the Skin Institute in 2022. Soon after she got a job at a lash extension salon and learned a new craft out side of esthetics. She started at instaglow late 2023 to continue her lash career as well as esthetics. Lexi loves going to music festivals and reading in her free time. Lexi can't wait to make all of her clients feel beautiful.
Cindy
Coordinator
Cindy is one of our wonderful receptionists at Instaglow. She is a retired nurse, and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. Her favorite part about her job is working along side her favorite people, and talking to all of our lovely clients.
Jenny
Coordinator, Spray tan technician
Jenny is one of our sweet receptionists. She has been flying for Southwest Airlines since 1996. Her favorite part about working at Instaglow is its fun and relaxed atmosphere. She adores her coworkers and all of our clients as well. Jenny also loves to keep us on our toes with her daily joke board!
Lindsey
Coordinator, Social Media Manager
Lindsey runs our social media as well as our front desk. While she isn't greeting clients and answering phones she enjoys spending time with her sweet pups at home. Check up on our facebook and instagram to see what she's been up to!
Jennifer
IV therapy, owner of NFUZE
Jennifer runs NFUZE along side 3 other nurses that help out in house and with house calls. She offers vitamin shots, microneedling, IV drips and much more. Jen came from the medical field working as a nurse for years. She is excited to be with Instaglow exploring the cosmetic side as well as recovery and immune assistance.
Lindsey
Owner of Aesthetics In Bloom, CRNA, APRN, Nurse Anesthetist, Aesthetic Injector
Taking care of people has always been a passion for Lindsey. She started her nursing career in 2004 and went on to receive her Master’s of Nursing in Anesthesia in 2009. After providing anesthesia for the past 12 years, Lindsey took an interest in the aesthetics field. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, attention to detail, and precise technical skills with a needle allow her to provide clients with a tailored experience based on their unique needs in a safe and relaxed environment.

Laser Technician, R.N., B.S.N
Claire has been a nurse for years and is diving into a new world of cosmetic laser therapy. Tattoo removal, acne, pigmentation, and hair reduction are only a few of her services. She offers a wide range of services to help with any concern you may have. Her background in the medical field brings another level of expertise to her.
